The 2009 AVIA Performance line is faster than ever with the new AVI-STOLTZ, the first-ever XTERRA specific racing shoes in the AVIA collection, leading the way. The AVI-STOLTZ was co-developed and tested by three-time XTERRA World Champion Conrad Stoltz. The non-traditional trail running shoe can handle all the rigors of off-road racing, is triathlon friendly and race ready. Another fresh introduction for 2009 is the AVI-BOLT II. This high-performance racing flat comes equipped with AVIA’s CANTILEVER technology and the AVI-GRIP quick entry system for faster transitions. A new partnership with Troy Lee Designs (TLD), the California-based company that produces custom graphic designs for the “world’s fastest racers” will debut customized, limited release racing shoes for the second half of the 2009 season.
